Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to have it removed. Last updated 23 September 2026.
Who we are
MowForge is the mower blade division of Anhui Boxing Machinery Co., Ltd., a manufacturer based in Guangde, Anhui, China. We are a business-to-business supplier — we sell to distributors, importers, OEM brands and service networks, not to consumers.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form on our Contact page:
- Company name, contact person, business email
- Phone or WhatsApp number (optional)
- Country or region, buyer type
- Product interest, estimated quantity, OEM part number or machine model
- Your requirements, and any drawing or photo you choose to attach
We do not ask for, and do not want, personal data that is not needed to answer a commercial enquiry. Please do not send us identity documents, payment details, or information about individuals other than the named business contact.
Why we collect it
Solely to prepare and follow up a quotation, and — if you become a customer — to handle orders, shipping documents and after-sales correspondence. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Who processes it
Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to us by FormSubmit, a form delivery service. Your submission passes through their infrastructure (hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States) and is forwarded to our mailbox. They retain submission data for a limited period before deleting it.
Otherwise your details stay with us. We do not sell, rent or share your enquiry details with third parties for marketing purposes, and the content of an enquiry is never sent to an advertising network. The measurement tools described in the next section see which pages are read, but not what you type into the form.
Where an order proceeds, we share only what is operationally required — for example, consignee details with the freight forwarder or carrier handling your shipment.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back, then deleted. Records relating to actual orders are kept as long as required for accounting, tax and warranty purposes under applicable law.
Cookies and analytics
Two things are kept in your own browser's local storage rather than in cookies: your language preference, and the first page you opened during this visit. The latter is attached to any enquiry you send us, so that we know which product you were reading — it is not linked to you personally, and it disappears when you close the tab.
Four third-party measurement tools run on this site. They set cookies, and they receive the address of the page you are reading, a rough location derived from your IP address, and technical details about your browser. None of them receives the content of an enquiry.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — anonymous visitor counts. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not track you across other websites, and does not store your IP address in a readable form. It tells us how many people visited, roughly which country they came from, and which pages were read — nothing that identifies you.
- Google Analytics 4, operated by Google LLC in the United States — which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. It sets the _ga and _ga_6ZK9G4EYPL cookies, which last up to two years. Google's own privacy policy and its opt-out browser add-on apply.
- Meta Pixel, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States — whether our advertising reaches people who might be interested in what we make, and which pages were read during a visit. It sets the _fbp cookie, which lasts up to three months. This is what allows an advertisement for our blades to be shown to someone who has already visited this site.
- Microsoft Clarity, operated by Microsoft Corporation in the United States — how visitors move through each page: where they click, how far they scroll, and anonymised session replays we review to find confusing parts of the site. Text typed into form fields is masked in every Clarity mode and is never recorded, so the content of an enquiry cannot appear in a replay. It sets the _clck and _clsk cookies, and recordings are kept by Microsoft for 30 days by default. Microsoft's own privacy policy applies.
You can block or delete any of these cookies in your browser settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do — including the enquiry form. Blocking them only means we see less about how the site is used.
Your rights
You can ask us — at any time and free of charge — to:
- Confirm what personal data we hold about you and send you a copy
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it by law
- Stop processing it for the purpose of following up your enquiry
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data request". We respond within 30 days.
Security
Submissions travel over HTTPS. Access to our mailbox and internal records is restricted to staff handling export enquiries. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take the precautions that are reasonable for commercial correspondence of this kind.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
